Thank you for shopping at VATIN. Each product is inspected by our QA team before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we make it easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions and submit a request for return/exchange on your order page, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Easy Exchanges:

Need a different size, color, or pattern? Enjoy hassle-free exchanges as long as the item is in stock.

Fast Refund:

Return your purchase in its original packaging with the original label to our return center. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Customers can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns); No restocking fees will be charged for returning the product.

Please contact us in advance for the return address; do not send items back to the address on the package, or no refund will be issued.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all original labels intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for any incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

We do not accept exchange or return requests once "specials" are sold.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return:

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

Order Cancellation:

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be fully refunded. Please submit a help ticket through Contact Us for order cancellation.

For orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied.

We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have already been shipped.
